Marciello to test for Sauber at the Post Austrian GP test

It was announced yesterday afternoon that Sauber Test driver Raffaele Marciello will once again get behind the wheel of the Sauber F1 car during the two-day in-season test after the Austrian Grand Prix.

The Italian has enjoyed two FP1 outings for the Sauber team so far this year, as well as mileage at the recent post-Spanish GP test, during which he split his days between the Swiss outfit and Ferrari.

Ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix, which will feature another two-day test afterwards; Sauber has confirmed Marciello will get another drive in the car over one of the days, with race driver Felipe Nasr driving on the next day of the test.

Marciello is currently competing in the GP2 Series and is currently sixth in the standings after a podium finish in Monaco; while is also a Ferrari Academy driver who is doing extremely well in his career so far and showing talent and promise for the future.
